Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
Donations
Music Giving Hope is deeply grateful for every gift. Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe your donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction by emailing Rob@musicgivinghope.org (Treasurer). We review all refund requests in good faith.
Event Tickets
Tickets purchased for events — including the Tunes & Spoons Festival, the Chili Cook-Off, and the Classic Car Show — are subject to event-specific refund terms displayed at purchase.
Cancellations & Postponements
If an event is cancelled by Music Giving Hope, ticket holders will receive either:
- A full refund of the ticket price (excluding any service fees retained by the payment processor), or
- The option to convert the ticket value into a tax-deductible donation.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date.
Vendor & Sponsor Fees
Vendor booth fees, chili cook-off entry fees, car show registration fees, RV parking fees, and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once paid, except in the case of full event cancellation.
