2. About Music Giving Hope

Music Giving Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt for charitable purposes, co-founded by the late legendary Tito Jackson. Our mission is to assist individuals and communities through the power of music.

3. Donations

All donations made to Music Giving Hope are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donations are processed through our secure payment partner Autobooks at app.autobooks.co/pay/music-giving-hope. You will receive a donation receipt at the email address you provide.

4. Use of Funds

Donated funds support our programs — including Music Education for All, Musical Instrument Donations, Healing Harmonies Music Therapy, Spreading Joy Through Music, Empowering Through Creativity, and Harmonizing Communities — as well as our flagship event, the Tunes & Spoons Festival, and disaster relief efforts.

5. Event Participation

Tickets purchased for events such as the Tunes & Spoons Festival are subject to event-specific terms displayed at the point of purchase. Please review our Refund Policy for cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the "Music Giving Hope" name — is the property of Music Giving Hope, its partners, sponsors, suppliers, or licensors. All rights reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

Music Giving Hope makes no warranties regarding website availability or accuracy and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.
